Nicest doctors in this place but the receptionist was rude, there was glitch in system showing different appointments on the system. Told me i was being rude and told me I would be asked to leave, I am a healthcare professional, very well Know how to talk to people. Clearly observed to be racist and rude and abrupt in her behaviour. This place needs a better receptionist for sure. Not a nice excuse experience at all.
The receptionist is very rude like hell .no respect to anyone, no customer service. She becomes quite verbally abusive and insulting. She doesn’t know the role in receptionists position. Worst experience …
