BAD service, BAD attitude, BAD haircuts. I have consistently experienced bad service, poor attitudes, and unsatisfactory haircuts at this salon. It truly pains me to go there. However, I have been taking my 94-year-old mother to this salon because she is accustomed to it. Out of respect for her choice, I continued to go. Thankfully, this week she asked me to find a different salon. Yay! She mentioned that her last haircut at Estela's was so uneven that she no longer wishes to return. I got there at 7 pm and it closed at 8 pm and they didn't attend me and charge 20 dollars is crazy bad service and haircuts
Hacen bien su trabajo,pero no vengan despues de las 5 pm,por que apenas vas entrando y ya casi que te dicen que te vayas que no van alcanzar atenderte,ya varias veces me ha pasado,se siente como si no quisieran trabajar .
