This review is solely based on my booking experience and is a few years overdue. I had called to make an appointment around noon, a man answered the phone and told me to come in at 6 pm. I showed up at that time, was begrudgingly greeted by one of the stylists, and I told her I was there for my 6 pm appointment to which she replied that they didn't take appointments. My hair was extremely dry and damaged when I came in, and I left with soft, manageable hair that I could easily finger-comb. The haircut turned out gorgeous, and she was such a pleasure to be around. I’ll definitely be coming back Thank you Nadia!
BAD service, BAD attitude, BAD haircuts. I have consistently experienced bad service, poor attitudes, and unsatisfactory haircuts at this salon. It truly pains me to go there. However, I have been taking my 94-year-old mother to this salon because she is accustomed to it. Out of respect for her choice, I continued to go.
