I recently returned from an amazing trip to Portugal, booked through Amber at Esteem Journeys LLC. Amber has arranged quite a few trips for me, always great, and this was no exception! One of the coolest vacay Ive ever have. Definitely recommend it. Everything was so smooth, from the plane ride, airport transfer, the ship, Avalon Impression, food and staffs, SUPERB.Thanks Amber for a worry free trip.
Amber Betts has been our travel agent since 2019. Since then, we have taken over a dozen trips with her and Esteem Journeys, both international and domestic. She provides high level service from the planning stage throughout the journey until you arrive home. I highly recommend her and have to several close friends and family.
Amber did a great job for us preparing for our trip to Europe. She thinks of all of the details we probably would have missed preparing for our trip. She provided a complete itinerary to us which we reffered to during the trip often and also was able to send to our family and friends at home in case of emergency. It was comforting to work with her aas she is a Pro! This is the second time we have worked with her and we will again! Thanks Amber!
