I attempted to book an appointment to redeem a Groupon. Person on phone insisted to give the redeem code which made me uncomfortable as the voucher says to give at time of service not before and then hung up on me when I would not comply. Rude and should learn customer service skills. Received refund.

I recently visited ESTEEM GREENLIFE SPA and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. My massage was excellent, helping relieve tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. The facility was spotless and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend ESTEEM GREENLIFE SPA to anyone looking for a high-quality massage and outstanding customer service. Five stars!
