Harry, was professional and played a great role every step of the solar process he was available whenever you needed answers and if he wasn't he would get back to you at the earliest time. Would do his best to help get you what you wanted. Installers were on time, quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves took all the rubbish away and did an amazing job with everything.

Excellent service by Mark White and the Esteem Energy team, with no fuse arrangement for the replacement of our old system with a better-performing new one at a very reasonable price. Strongly recommended

EDIT2: finally got the follow-up help required after months. Even though the after-install customer service could be improved, I would still recommend this company to install solar panels. EDIT: initial interactions are good as per my original review below. Any follow ups or any issues you have after installation will be ignored it seems. Called multiple times, emailed multiple times and whatsapp multiple times. Nothing from them. Scammers watch out Despite saying they will refund deposit in 7 working days been AWOL and non responsive for 4 weeks. I will be reporting to fair trade.

Phenomenal is the word, professional and managed to address issues as we had to add on a double pole switch, value for money, friendly and a humble team.
