I went for a consultation and felt a little pressure. I understand dental issues can be serious, but the way this was communicated came across as a fear-based rather than supportive.. I left feeling uncomfortable and pressure rather than helped.. I would have preferred to feel helped instead some one in the staff said "that he feels irresponsible letting me walk out with my mouth full of germs" !!! I guess i was a walking infection. There in no way you have to make anybody feel ashamed.
