Dr. Karan Thachil is an amazing dentist. He is thoughtful, caring, incredibly knowledgeable, and he always takes the time to personalize treatments to my needs. What really impressed me is how he was able to decrease my tooth sensitivity through a noninvasive treatment — something other dentists had recommended much more aggressive options for. I can’t recommend Dr. Karan Thachil enough. He’s not only a great friend (he stood by me as one of my groomsmen), but he’s also the only dentist I’ll ever go to again. Once I became his patient, I realized just how much of a difference true care and attention make. Dr. Thachil has incredible bedside manners, he takes the time to explain things, puts you at ease, and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Where do I start! Our office experience was simply amazing from the time we walked in the office up until the time we left. My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed under sedation by Dr. Watts. She personally greeted us in the lobby, followed by her amazing assistant Amanda, while her office manager, Tara made sure I was comfortable while I anxiously waited.
