For the last 3 years I have been a loyal client to this practice taking my 2 children there for all their dental needs. This past July 21, I had to take my son in for an emergency visit (as I had a few times in the past for a recurring dental issue), which they have always been accommodating. This time around I was told I had to pay out of pocket because we had exceeded the limit and insurance would not cover it. I trusted them and paid. This office is set up well for the kids. The staff is patient and kind to the children, and the doctor provides a clear plan and compassionate care. I have a Neurodivergent son who we had to delay tooth care for a while due to complications with his other health issues. They have helped us over the last 1.5yrs to get caught up in that care and plan for the future.
Amazing place, they have been quick, helpful, and friendly.
I was very disappointed with my experience scheduling a new-patient appointment. I scheduled an appointment online and the portal confirmed the appointment and even indicated which dentist I was scheduled with. I arranged a babysitter around that appointment and completed all of the required new-patient paperwork.
