Almost every aspect of this organization has been a disorganized, frustrating and exhausting experience. When I have spoken with Mayra and Ozzie they are friendly and seem knowledgeable, however when it comes to the actual appointments, nobody seems to know what they are doing. They have flailed at every step of the process.
