I've used them more than once and the service and cleaning has been great.
Unfortunately the carpet in my living room was not cleaned well at all. It looked clean but it was not. First the carpet was left way too wet. If it had not been for that I probably wouldn't have known the carpet was still really dirty. I decided to use my store bought carpet cleaner to pull some of the water out of the carpet. I couldn't believe how dirty the water was and the amount of water pulled from the carpet. I have attached pictures.
