I recently visited Este Medical for a hair transplant, and I had a mixed experience. The staff at the front desk were wonderful—very polite and respectful, which made a great first impression. However, my consultation experience was disappointing. The consultant, Saika, was unprofessional and seemed disinterested, even using her phone during the session. Just completed my transplant with Este. Had a wonderful experience completing the procedure in turkey and the prepare and aftercare included daily washes and laser therapy at the Birmingham clinic. Big thanks to Lumia and Irana for the aftercare and thank you to Syka for being a very supportive consultant.

I’ve been visiting Este Medical Birmingham for the IV Skin Glow treatment and have completed 7 sessions so far.
