15+ years of using Mac products especially the highly rated and effective OLD FORMULA studio fix. It’s unfortunate that Estée Lauder Companies that also owns Mac are refusing to listen to the customers asking for the old formula back. Whatever global clean beauty standards are not working. It's the worst company I have ever dealt with. We ordered the product around and put the information notice to pick it up from CVS almost a month before. We keep going about whether our product was delivered, but still, the information is unclear. Today also when I talked to their customer service representative, Ashley. She refused to give any service, said the package was delivered to the wrong address and person, and asked us to reach out to UPS.
