Sabrina was representing the buyer of the home I have up for sale. Since the beginning of our transaction with her it was delay after delay. We provided all the information and requests she asked for..After several weeks of waiting for a response they failed to perform. It was a waste of our time dealing with Sabrina. Stay Away from working with Sabrina if you want a smooth transaction. She is not professional at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We have nothing but great things to say about the team. A huge thank you to Chris, Sabrina, and Thalia. We were a bit skeptical to start the home buying process through Instagram but I am so glad we did. The team has stayed responsive and we feel like they had our best intent in mind at all times. I'm currently looking for a home in socal and found Estates and Rates through Instagram. I really only have 3 conditions when looking for a home: good local schools, not a flip home, and decent realtors. Estates and Rates fail on the last two. They promote flip homes with ridiculous markups. It's not really an issue but they actively hide this fact. I decided to reply to people's comments that certain homes are flip homes since everything is public information through Redfin. I even post school ratings so people are aware. S... read more
