I went for a tour at this property, everything was amazing. The beautiful facilities and the great amenities, the cleanliness and order. The representative that helped us was Vinny Nguyen, was so helpful, thorough and very friendly. While there one of the tenants in the office told us it was a great place and that in 2 years there has never been an issue. Which is good to hear. Definitely, a luxurious place. Great price for what the facility offers
Being a current resident, who people thought I was crazy for signing a 18 lease but couldn’t be happier. The neighborhood is impeccable, friendly residents, front office staff are rockstars. I’ve lived a lot of places hands down my favorite. Second W3 property I have lived at also, so I’ve experienced nothing but consistency. Challenge to atleast tour the property and you won’t be upset.
