I really appreciate the effort all the staff put into this community. By far the best experience I have had with any rental community. I have had not no complaints. Very grateful to live here.
Our first Impression of this place was great! Looked clean, friendly staff, and amazing move in special. Unfortunately we no longer feel that way. On the day we moved in, during our walk through, numerous bugs were spotted. This was immediately reported to the leasing office and they put us on the pest control list. 1 week later and its clear this place is infested with roaches, at very least our unit. I loved living at the Estates of McKinney for the past 1.5 years! ☺️ The leasing office and maintenance team have always been extremely kind and responsive. I have utilized the gym space frequently, and the pool has also been a nice plus! My living space itself has high end touches that have made it feel like home. The closet and bathroom (counter area) have been incredible!! The only reason that prompts me to move is my job location change. I can't say enough good things about Tiana Troilo at The Estates of McKinney. Moving sight unseen from across the country was a huge leap of faith and normally would be incredibly stress inducing. Tiana made the entire process so easy and seamless i felt like I had to be missing something, but I wasn't, she's just that great! She's not only fantastic at what she does but also genuinely friendly and professional. The community is wonderful, it's quiet, and everyone is so friendly. I even have an amazing neighbor!
