I would strongly caution anyone considering living at Estates of McKinney, especially if you care about your vehicle or expect management to take responsibility for property-related damage. I have had vehicle damage occur multiple times, involving two different vehicles, and management has repeatedly refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful help.
