Worst builder I have ever seen. In Atlanta and nothing but stall tactics to keep you locked in as long as possible, pressure tactics to get your money before they even poor foundation or meet builder, poor quality with zero responsibility to fix it, and just all around the worst business practices I have ever seen. Built several houses and these are hands down the worst.
Why is the Vice President if Purchasing for Meritage homes goving 5 stars to all the Meritage properties in Georgia? This is yet more proof....Direct violation of code of ethics.
