I am a current tenant and i have only been in this apartment for 2 weeks the front office manager Jason is very rude to numerous residents including myself, he doesn't remember half the things that are supposed to be done and he's made our start here very unpleasant. I'm not happy with the way the business of the office is conducted and being in this profession of hospitality you should always be hospitable no matter the circumstances. BEWARE!! Where do I start. This place was the absolute worst renting experience EVER!! Management was TERRIBLE, maintenance requests went unanswered you basically had to harass the office to get anything done. We were originally lied to about the unit we were getting and we just brushed it off and signed the lease but I wish we would’ve seen this as a red flag because WOW.
