Dan is thorough. He takes it upon himself to research the community, the schools, the area in general to inform his client of where they are potentially going to choose to live. I reached out to Dan because my retired father needed help with a real estate transaction in his area. He did a fantastic job getting everything lined up and all parties on the same page. This was not our experience with our last agent who we let go when we found them not to be trustworthy. I would give Dan six stars if I could and will recommend him to anyone needing a realtor in the future.
Dan is a super good guy. I knew that I needed to feel comfortable with whoever was going to be my realtor so I knew I was going to interview 3. Dan was the first one I spoke with and I knew that I had to go back to him after the other 2 were less than impressive. He set the bar high and performed at even a higher level. You won’t just have a professional realtor if you hire Dan, you will gain a friend.
