Estates at Towne Meadow is definitely a step up from your typical production new construction neighborhood. Pulte did a great job giving this community more of an estate feel, with larger homes, 3-car side-load garages, basements, and some really impressive exterior designs. I also like that there are only 44 homesites. For buyers shopping in this price range, having a smaller neighborhood can be a big plus compared to some of the much larger developments being built around Central Indiana. More specifically I was unhappy with the lot sizes to be constrained and even though the lot size is small, each and every lot released is made to be premium lot and the prices are very high.
