Great community with good lot sizes and RV garage homes!
I have had 2 private inspections and have over 71 items that need to be repaired on the list. They will lie thru their teeth telling you how important the home owner is to them and do everything in their power to fix the issue and they simply don't. You will have to consistently follow up or nothing will get done.
