I've been living here for several years. A couple years ago, this place was sold to new owners. It used to be a great deal. The rent was probably cheaper than it should have been. The new owners have made sure to fix that with LARGE rent increases and additional fees. Despite that, it's still priced competitively. I only hope the increases slow down, or soon this place will no longer be priced competitively.
