We recently dined at the restaurant while staying at the Tuscany Estate and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. To begin with, our breakfast order was incorrect — we had requested the beans be removed from three of the meals and left on one, but this wasn’t followed. Estate Tuscany was the perfect venue for our wedding. The entire team went above and beyond to make our day so special. Huge shoutout to Tameka, Megan, Krish, Candace, and Chef Jeff — all the staff were so friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely to us and our guests. I would not recommend this hotel. We arrived at 11.30am on a Saturday to attend a music event nearby. There was absolutely NO SIGNAGE for the hotel - absolutely ridiculous!! The rooms were not made up yet they were closing their office at 12pm so if we had arrived then we couldn’t have got our key. Our room was clean and smelt very nice and fresh with a custom made scented diffuser. (I asked ) The check in /out staff helpful and friendly. Location was exact for the wedding we were attending. View lovely across the green vines.
