In my opinion, my sale could not have been worse. Things were lost, things sold that were not supposed to have been, costs were taken out of the check that shouldn't have been per contract, many items not "inventoried" and therefore, not accounted for since they were "under the $20 value". Precious items were taken to the dump as trash. It took long months before payment and was only then since I went to several of her sales and made pleas for payment. Unbelievably bad experience with TWO sales (yes, I should have known). Terrible, terrible. Beverly is glib and "charming" (she is a scam artist) but her business model borders on theft. First sale produced a shockingly small return (and the check BOUNCED for a week). Second sale (yes, I should have known, but had already gotten into it) -- a much larger and more valuable estate -- produced LESS MONEY!!! My parents had an estate sale in March of 2016; they still have not been paid. She won't answe her phone when they call. She totally scammed them!

I recommended this business to conduct an estate sale in late February 2016 on behalf of my 84+ neighbor. I also placed items in this sale. The business's website indicates client payment will occur 45-60 days following a sale. As of mid-August there has been no payment to either of us, and phone calls are no longer returned.
