I was NOT very happy with Estate Sales Niagara!!! I bid on an item in their last sale. I WON the article. I was notified I won. I was sent no receipt! When I contacted the service, I was told that the person selling pulled it after 4 days of offering it for sale!! To pull it AFTER it was sold should be against the law!!! VERY strict in their "rules" and I am not sure they abide by the Sale of Goods Act, but you get what you pay for and the prices can be incredibly cheap with this auction. As long as you can get there on time and pick up what you bid on you're ok - otherwise avoid at all costs. If the item is large or heavy they will not help you (without an extra cost).
