David Comstock is a highly skilled and professional builder. His work is of high quality and he was an absolute pleasure to have had at our home. Dave Comstock helped me with flooring and several odds and ends around my house. He was meticulous with his work and a pleasure to work with. I will hire him again when I need a handyman. He deserves more than 5 stars.
I was overwhelmed with a list of things to do to get my house ready to put on the market. I contacted Estate Ready and Dave came out the same day to give me an estimate for services needed. The house and outbuildings were all covered with green slime (algae) and needed pressure washing. Dave was able to get me on his schedule a few days later.
