Unfortunately, my experience with Another Perfect Move reflects a serious lack of operational reliability and customer accountability. My appointment was confirmed, scheduled, and planned around — yet only a few hours before arrival, the company abruptly canceled via text. No call. No follow-up. I used this moving service back in April. Though the movers were great, they didn’t arrive during the time slot we switched to. So we had to reschedule for the next day which completely threw off my move out schedule. I recently moved out of the storage unit and found that my treadmill and desk were damaged. It wasn’t damaged prior to move in and I only noticed when moving out. I’m extremely disappointed because I even recommended them to a friend who moved out a few weeks later.
