Monroe was good and overall the move went okay but the company owner over the phone was rude, aggressive and disrespectful. At first, it was supposed to be $170 for the truck and $140/hr but the guy called me and told they can't make it to the pickup location and told us they can only come with an increase in the price which was highly unethical . Monroe and Ron were excellent to work with. I hired them to move my one-bedroom apartment just one floor up, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
