Had a last minute same day move on a Sunday! They walked me through the process, got me on the schedule, arrived earlier than planned and completed the job with excellence!
One of the worst. Be very careful when they break stuff ( because of their negligence). Broke our $800 TV and after raising multiple complains offered $0.60 per pound so $8 for our OLED TV
James and Pat did a fantastic job on my move today! Arrived at 11am on the dot like I discussed with owner. I appreciate the speediness and asking where things would like to be placed. Highly recommend and will use for future moves.
The Owner, Tyrik, is rude and not personable. He lacks customer service skills. He hounded me for the money for my move before they even completed the move, calling me back to back as if I was going to stiff him, disrespectful. Avery & Crew saved the day by doing what I paid them to do except I'm missing the pegs to my bookcase as well as my entertainment console.
