Hilarious! Sent me a letter with return address of Mackinaw Island Michigan and and offer for 3 days, 2 nights for 2 adults and 2 kids, along with $150 in spending money if I call them in 72 hours AND I'll receive a $50 gift card. (No purchase necessary)....I wonder who would do a financial deal that began like that? All the reviews seem to be rather recent. Hmmmmm, let me think about that.

A Classic bait and switch operation. Offered me a 5.0% rate over the phone and then sends me an LE for 5.26% with some well rehearsed narrative on how I can get it lower than 5.0 if I just sign the 5.26%. Classic snake oil!
