Starting from when I began getting quotes from roofers, I was thoroughly impressed with Eugene and his company Estate Exteriors. I called Eugene after reading all the 5/5 reviews a few months ago. I had been turned down by my insurance because of bad advice and downright wrong information from 2 prior roofing companies. Eugene, being a public adjustor, was able to get insurance to actually reverse their decision and I got a brand new, beautiful roof paid by insurance. Efficient and Communicative - Eugene provided all the detailed information about the roof replacement process/ shingle options/ warranties and was always available for questions. His crew completed the replacement in two days and cleaned up around the home. I would rehire for any future work.
