I called Eugene after reading all the 5/5 reviews a few months ago. I had been turned down by my insurance because of bad advice and downright wrong information from 2 prior roofing companies. Eugene, being a public adjustor, was able to get insurance to actually reverse their decision and I got a brand new, beautiful roof paid by insurance.
