Wonderful experience!
While their lot numbering system leaves much to be desired, they are excellent to work with. An auction consolidater confused the paperwork but they corrected everything immediately and shipped my purchase safely and expeditiously. I'm still waiting for lots I bought weeks before Estate & Downsizing Specialists. Will follow their auctions knowing I'm in good hands.
I set up a time to come look at a boat and gave them my exact eta, took off work and drove an hour and a half there. When I arrived she told me she just sold the boat 20 minutes before i got there. After multiple communications today and knowing i was on my way. Such a horrible way to do business!
Don't leave any absentee bid, because they'll bid the price up till the highest amount. It's too obvoius lol.
