I have had nothing but great experiences with this company.
We had a very bad experience with EDS. They did a home clear-out for us last September taking our artwork, housewares, rugs and furniture. They promised to get the best prices for our possessions and described their auction practices, which included putting things up in their online auction. (They only did that verbally and the process wasn't specified in the contract.)
