Auction listing and photos were accurate. Leaving this review because Roxanne did one of the best packing jobs I've ever seen on fragile mineral specimens, and they arrived 100% intact and undamaged thanks to her diligence. I see a few other reviews complaining about shipping charges. My guess is that they don't buy much online, because the quoted rates were reasonable, and the packaging job couldn't have been better. 100% happy here, thank you.
Most Accurate when showing condition on any lot this auction has to offer. I've purchased from several Auction Establishments and EDS is simply the best. Amazing people and Extraordinary items. Highly Recommended!
Dealing with this company has been a hassle, to say the least. After waiting almost three weeks for them to ship out my package & with little response to my emails - they are now trying to charge me $140 to ship out items using USPS flat rate priority boxes. They also charged me $22 for the free boxes. I do not recommend this company and I will not be using their services again.
Hands down the most professional shipping I've seen, and I have a large sample size! A lot of places don't know how to ship fine art, but they nailed it. They were helpful and responsive on other aspects of customer service as well.
23$ to ship a record from Indiana to Illinois. This is usually 5$.
