These houses are made so fast you can see the NEW house already falling apart. The workmanship is bad and the quality of the materials used are bad. I’ve been waiting for maintenance to fix my issues since FEBRUARY, it’s AUGUST NOW. Very frustrating.
Worst quality home I have ever seen. Have it inspected if you’re considering buying. They won’t give you your money back but it will save you thousands later on. The roofs are not done correctly at all. If you want a copy of all my inspection reports email me I would be happy to share with you just how bad it is. I bought a home here December 26, 2024. Christine was a phenomenal sales agent. Toni, our mortgage officer, was super helpful. The entire team provides great service, and our home has been fantastic. The construction team truly takes pride in the homes they build. We love the spray insulation since it provides a quiet atmosphere, even though the neighborhood is still under construction. We love the farmhouse look, and the variety in our neighborhood makes for interesting walks.
Sales office is kind and they really do return your calls quickly and are quite efficient and knowledgeable with your questions.
