I would be very careful when applying for this particular complex because they require credit check items that are illegal according to a federal government. Asking for a copy of someone's social security card as well as their bank statements is not on the federal checklist for screening documents. Not to mention the fact that you can't get your deposit back if you choose not to move into the place. Shame on you!

My wife and I moved in around September 2025, and overall we enjoy the community. The location is great—close to shopping, gyms, and a movie theater—and the neighborhood is very walkable and generally feels safe and well maintained. The maintenance team has been excellent. They are responsive, honest, and professional. Bryan in particular has gone above and beyond throughout this entire process. The move-in experience was also smooth, and Audrey was very helpful.
