The maintenance staff is friendly and very responsive. Specifically Bryon, who came in and quickly fixed my garbage disposal and ceiling fan. Thanks again!
Beautiful complex, office staff is always great & maintenance does a great job. Shout out to Bryan for helping us out and getting the job done in a timely manner.
Jennifer and Audrey stopped communicating and responding to my emails/calls. Between me and my guarantor they wanted 7x the rent. Even once we proved that amount the application never went anywhere. Never received a denial email nor an acceptance. Neither Jennifer nor Audrey has followed up with me or my guarantor to date. If Estancia gets to keep my application fee the least I could do is provide my experience in a review. Just a fumbled application process all the way through.
MS Jennifer Miller is conscientious and helpful. We are very satisfied with the service she provided.
