I asked office about an issue. The office kindly and quickly responded to my request and very helpful. I was very happy for that.
Our garbage disposal was not working . Bryan responded immediately and fixed the problem quickly. He was professional and courteous . Thank you so much for the great service ,
Left the place pretty clean and got a bill over 1000 dollars. I attempted to talk with people in the front office and directed me to a third party regarding disputing some of the charges. They would not provide any details of why they had to repair certain things. We were there for about 3 months and was charged on repairing the counter top with no proof of what was damaged. They are definitely not transparent about the charges that is made during move out
Not too long ago my car was broken into and they do not have cameras in the parking lot. Be careful, because other people had their windows broken.
BEWARE! Left the place clean but was still charged over 1,000 dollars after moving out. The apartments are nice and in a decent area. The only hassle will be when you move out. All these charges, insane overcharging, you will lose your deposit no matter what. You can have the place nicely clean and still they are going to find a way to overcharge you on anything just so they can keep the security deposit.
