I would be very careful when applying for this particular complex because they require credit check items that are illegal according to a federal government. Asking for a copy of someone's social security card as well as their bank statements is not on the federal checklist for screening documents. Not to mention the fact that you can't get your deposit back if you choose not to move into the place. Shame on you!
