Wow I have been with estacado for a very long time. and today I was treated the rudest and cruelest way I have ever been talked to in a public place. Carol Weaver. assistant manager. her words" we aren't a check cashing business". I know that I came to pay debt and open a new. Wow!! real nice Carol Weaver.
