The staff at True Value are always very attentive, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about their products and the project or repair work you need to do. Granted,they don't have the selection or low prices a Home Depot or Lowe's would have but they are local, convenient and a small business, not a large corporation. The friendly staff make up for the slight increased cost but I probably save that difference in gas money by not driving 20 or 30 minutes one way to get to the big store.
Great deals if you download the app and connect your account to it!!! I ordered a Fiskars machete online through their app that was $24.99 and I used the $10 off a $10 purchase coupon I got for connecting my account to the app and got the machete for only $14.99 and was able to pick it up 20 minutes later. Extremely pleased with the service and product!!!
These guys rock. Always helpful and have what you need. Big box hardware cheaper, no worries they price match. 10/10 Will shop again.
