I was seen for 7 months here, and I don’t appreciate being randomly “dropped” or “discharged” as a patient just for pointing out that they shorted me therapy time on one of my therapy visits. They claim therapy visits are not required to be timed, which is BS. All billed medical visits, especially therapeutic ones, are timed. I know for a fact.
