Dirty. And the road/driveway into the park and around it will take out your tires ans suspension. It seriously looks like nobody does anything around there anymore. It used to be so pretty in there. Now it looks like a bunch of slobs. There's the occasional nice place..till you look next door. Just sad. UPDATE: THEY PAVED IT! Thank you so much. I bet the residents are much happier
