I've been waiting all day for them to fix the car in the workshop and at 6:00pm they left and said they had to keep the car because they couldn't work on it today. I asked the manager for an explanation and he ignored me saying that he couldn't do anything. I asked him for a temporary car since the warranty covers it and they didn't want to give it to me either. Jason Watson great salesman went completely through the car top to bottom front to back I was surprised at how much he knew about the car and was not too pushy which is what I like ! A+
Just got home from this place and couldn’t write a review fast enough. 100% the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They promised us an extremely low price and monthly payment on a car that we were extremely transparent about the fact that it was out of our price range and likely would not be doable. Kept reassuring us they would make it happen. Even MOVED TABLES for us to drive it out of the show room - that’s how “confident” they were that they could give us a reasonable price for what we could afford. Let us... read more
