Water is still coming in the basement as before. No water ever goes into the sump pump pit. Robert came out one time, did nothing but look, and has never been back.
I highly recommend Robert and his company, Establishing Firm Foundation Waterproofing. They exceeded all of my expectations from start to finish. I can’t thank Establishing Firm Foundation enough, especially Robert, for the amazing work he did in such a short amount of time. I was truly impressed with how quickly and professionally everything was handled. He helped me get my basement waterproofed and install egress windows, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. Everything was completed within the same week, which exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much, Robert, for being such an important part of my journey in finishing my home!
I feel comfortable writing a review now that we’ve had a few major rainstorms with significant flooding in the area. I had the drainage system project completed in September 2025, yesterday there was a heavy rainstorm and the basement is dry. Communication with Robert and staff was great. I was skeptical at first due to the mixed reviews, but I’m glad I gave them a chance they did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them.
Don’t use this company! They allegedly did the waterproofing and lifetime warranty with it. They finished the job and months later water leaks through out my basement called him (Robert the owner) several times to come and redo the job. Waited about 4 months. for them to do the job and water is still leaking through the basement. SAVE your money and don’t hire this scammer.
