Don’t use this company! They allegedly did the waterproofing and lifetime warranty with it. They finished the job and months later water leaks through out my basement called him (Robert the owner) several times to come and redo the job. Waited about 4 months. for them to do the job and water is still leaking through the basement. SAVE your money and don’t hire this scammer.

Used Establishing Firm Foundation recently for a window well and basement leak problem. Called Robert and he came over the next day. They started the work pretty quickly and went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend Establishing Firm Foundation Waterproofing.

I have used Robert and Establishing Firm Foundations multiple times over the span of a few years and he has been absolutely wonderful to work with as well as his team. I have an older home and had 3 different problems over the years and each time he was able to come out and correct the issue, quickly, on time and at a fair price. I have referred him multiple times to friends and family and would strongly recommend him.

WARNING. Robert paid a check to my business in the amount of $2,315.00 and it bounced. I called him and he said he would call me back in an hour to pay the Invoice with a credit card. I have not heard back from him since and now he doesn't answer my calls!
