I’ve had great experiences both shopping and selling with Esta. Vicky is pleasant to work with, a smart and warm woman who carefully curates the items in her store. Almost every item I’ve consigned has sold for a decent price and I happily take store credit. So many name brand, quality items at reasonable prices. Esta is my favorite clothing shop in Portsmouth!
Judging from other reviews, assuming my short experience in this store was with the owner. I had been in only a few minutes and picked up a pair of great vintage Prada boots, unfortunately too small (though I suppose fortunately as I would never spend money in this store now). I had already set them down and was going to keep browsing when the owner, who was hovering, said “those are really nice, did you see the tag, did you see what brand those are?” and I commented I love square toe boots but they were sadly not my size.
