ATTENTION !! Disgusting service, did a security deposit of 200cad and never got it back. I have checked with my bank twice and made 200% sure that there is nothing hold or blocked on their end. I have called this hotel multiple times for help and they always tell you that their finance manager is not there please call back later. At this point I don't even care about that deposit as its so frustrating to call them hearing the same thing without any solution. Would encourage everyone to be careful while booking this hotel
Not sure why all the unnecessary negative reviews but I can firmly attest that this hotel is by far the best value for your hard earned money. I came in after a grueling flight and was greeted by amazing front desk agents that made my check in experience smooth and seamless. The next morning I decided I would take an extra night to unwind and they were VERY accommodating. Honestly, I was surprised by the price-to-value ratio of the room. At 90 CAD per night, it’s very affordable. However, breakfast is quite limited, only a few cakes, juice, and milk are provided, rather than a full breakfast. Overall, I would recommend it for business travelers or for a short, quick trip where you mainly need a clean and budget-friendly place to stay.
