Very bad attitude, room looks sketchy. Tried to make us use the ATM with the excuse the card machine is not working while we tried both of our cards. Never come back! And should not come!
Jazz and Devin have made me feel at home. The service kindness and love I have received from the whole EST family has been truly rare.
Disgusting experience
This hotel is nothing like what was advertised. The ceiling in our first room was sagging and unsafe. The pool was out of service with garbage bags around it. Loud housekeeping, constant hallway noise, and intoxicated people loitering at the entrance. Police came twice during our stay. Front desk was unprofessional and charged us $30 for 15 minutes late checkout. Unsafe and poorly managed.
