Réception presque toujours vide, le médecin te donne des tests sanguins à faire mais n’assure jamais le suivi des résultats! Une écurie cette clinique
Impossible d'avoir un rv au téléphone. Les réceptionnistes ne répondent pas. À deux reprises, j'ai du me déplacer sur place pour prendre mon rv. Une fois, la réceptionniste m'a donné un rv par téléphone. Pendant que j'attendais l'appel du médecin, elle m'a appelée pour me demander pourquoi je n'étais pas à la clinique. Mon Docteur est super gentil et compétent mais il ne prend pas les rv d'urgence .
My mother who is 87 waited 2 months for an appointment, just to be cancelled because the Doctor "was sick", given another appointment for 3 days later. We showed up , just to be told she has no appointment the Doctors on vacation , that her appointment is September 2nd , another 2 month wait ! She put her back at the bottom of the list .They charge you if you cancel, what is my recourse, wasting my time, it has value too !
