La réception ne reçoive pas les appels. Si par jamais elle a pris l'appel, elle te demande d'attendre et soudainement on a vu que l'appel est interrompu.

The receptionist is unprofessional, and always rude, called to get an urgent appointment as I am going through a lot of pain and they told me to call back in a couple of days, did not try to get me an appointment or anything. Called also a couple of months prior for an appointment with my doctor, while trying to open my schedule I was advised to call once I finally can load it on my app, because “they were busy”, “busy” enough to not be able to wait a minute.
