A faithful and regular customer lost over absolutely terrible customer service. I used this car wash at least every two weeks, but I won’t be returning after my most recent experience. At the entrance to the car wash, I tapped my credit card and received an error message, so I tapped again. The second attempt went through, but I subsequently saw that both transactions had been charged to my credit card.
