Mr. Esslie and office refuse to contact my wife or myself by telephone to facilitate the finalization of a deed transfer. He relys on email and email only to communicate. This process has been elongated my his refusal to speak with us. He mailed papers to our Acra home but it was not delivered by USPS due to a computer error. Mr. Esslie took it upon himself to send the paperwork to our NJ home without contacting us first to verify that someone would be there to retrieve these legal documents.
