I contacted Essilor customer service in Toronto twice about getting Varilux XR lenses fitted at an optical store. Both times, I was flat-out told they couldn't help me. Then, the calls were just suddenly ended—no explanation, they just hung up. It was really important for me to understand how I, as a customer, can be sure that the lenses put in my glasses are real Essilor lenses.
