Absolutely trash. Not a single American you can get on the phone and they just read off a script. They take your money and never reply back. You can’t get a single person on the phone from the warranty department. Just a chat online where they can do anything but type a script as well. Absolutely trash. Will never give this company my money again. Disgraceful
I don't understand how this place stays in business. I ordered 2 pairs of single-vision glasses. One pair required two lab remakes before the optometrist gave up and sent it to another lab. The other pair required one remake. It took them 4 tries to make one successful pair of lenses.
