I took Essie's Ethics and boundaries class that was combined with Forest bathing just this last week. I didn't know how much I needed this class until I was there. The way that Essie taught the class was unique for myself, but was exactly what I needed. From forest time, to reflecting, to the energy that was within the class. Essie is amazing, truly! With one session she was able to figure out the source of my 10+ years of pain and cause of frequent headaches. I’ve been to the doctor multiple times before and never got any help. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the relief she has provided to me. Highly recommend!!
Essie is so nice, she takes the time to find out what your specific needs are and then she knows exactly what kind of massage she needs to do to help fix the problem.
