Rudest telephone call/receptionist ever had the displeasure of having a phone call with
I really liked my doc when i saw her but I've only gotten to see her one time. The phone system was down for weeks which I understand happens. But once I finally got an appointment I got lost on the way there because it had been MONTHS since I'd been to the office. I called to get some directions because my map took me to the mercy building and the staff who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful.
