I'm not really impressed with the Champion - Essick model 3000DD. The sheet metal is far to thin and flimsy compared to other brands. For some reason (I'm sure the engineering department) there are a score of holes drilled in the frame and panels that have either plastic plugs or screws filling them. These may have uses in other applications but are going to start rusting by summer's end in my case. The method of media pad retainer is low quality and over complicated.
