I have used this company for years. Highly recommend working with these folks if you are looking for a Security Integrator that does not cut corners and delivers a quality system. I managed a community that made the mistake years ago by going with another integrator, because of "PRICE" and we soon regretted it. Though the system may have saved us a few hundred dollars on the front-end it soon had to be replaced, because it was an inferior system packaged in promises of high capabilities that under delivered to our residents.... read more
I have had issues with a call box installed by ESSI for3 months now. Not sure if the problem is their company or my condo assoc mgmt co. I have taken off of work 4 days and consume 1 Saturday only for them to either be a no show 4 of the 5 scheduled dates! Meanwhile since August 6th I have not been able to buzz anyone in, get mail delivers, anything. No one is concerned and no explanations for the no shows and my loss wages behind having to take off.
