There Hoa first services sucks the don't answer phones on a Monday morning I tried calling for 2 hrs now very bad
The property management company that runs this association are the worst people to deal with on every front. The board president is a terrible human being out to hurt everyone. The board president alone makes many feel very unsafe due to her harassment, tendency to yell instead of listen to people, and from her very rude comments about residents in this association. Nice feeling of community among the residents, however our property management is HORRIBLE, the HOA board is HORRIBLE (and they are all residents). Lots of issues with the snow removal, landscaping and pool vendors...and the HOA Board does little to nothing about issues with them. The HOA fees are raised yearly EVEN DURING THE LOCKDOWN!!!! I feel very safe here, but don't feel we get what we pay for in fees. The HOA board does nothing to protect the residents.
This used to be a great subdivision to live in. There are a lot of great people and a lot of dogwalkers. Unfortunately we have a horrible property management team. The assessments have skyrocketed for sub par Service. We also used to have a good board in place, but many have left and new people took over. Now there aren't many rules that are enforced such as guest parking is a free-for-all and the residents park there and people store things on their patios all winter long.
