Essex Terrace was a very nice building--building is now downgrading QUICK. Repairs are not being made. Management is not doing her job. The terrace ceilings are coming down. In stead of getting professionals to do certain jobs, they get the cheapest contractors to do some repairs and with other repairs, they have the Super to quick fix issues. Repairs are not being done properly. Ventilations are not working either. This can cause a mold issue if not taking care of properly. Definitely not a place you want to call home.

Unfortunately currently , this building has a lot of violating with the department of buildings. Letter D inspection and multiple of roaches . Being a tenant it’s unfortunate. Exterminator only comes once a month at the middle or beginning that isn’t good enough for a dirty building. It’s time for me to go! Garbage isn’t being token out when needed, floors aren’t being moped, isn’t clean space no more.
