I have to leave a one star review for this doctor and his office assistance as I’ve had a colonoscopy over two weeks ago and still have yet to get my prescription filled. The office wanted to schedule a follow up visit with me to bill my insurance, however, cannot produce any answers as to why I have not gotten my prescription. The surgical center that Dr. Chusid Works for in West Orange is incredible and their staff is extremely organized. The doctor himself did a great job on the colonoscopy. No one picks up the phone, or is on lunch. Making it difficult to make a payment.
Front staff had no idea what they were doing. The doctor I had clearly lost all care or passion for his craft, and the ability to respect his patients. I would personally advise you look elsewhere if you want to feel as if your health is in good hands.
