I experienced excellent customer service. They were able to accommodate my needs in a very timely manner. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful, and Anas was outstanding in setting up my machine, answering questions and offering cost saving tips for replacement parts. I had my machine the same day I brought my CPAP prescription in.
08/22/2025 - UPDATE: still the same... The products they sell are great but the issue is, you can NEVER get a hold of anyone at the Windsor office. I call, leave voicemails and even email over my requests. Nobody ever answers the phone or replies to an email. I just want one reliable CPAP supplier in Windsor but so far, no luck.
Cant sleep with this garbage into cannot exhale pressure is to high. Great feeling swallowing air into your stomach woke with lots of stomach pain. Going to return this stupid thing not worth 1000 dollars with no sleep
